A total of 160 Bosch CCS 1000 wired microphones were set-up in the ballroom at the ICC for the AGM. This was the first time these new microphones were used with the Bosch software control system in Australia.
Congress Rental used the Bosch software control and synoptics with the conference microphones to create a seat map for the event. This provided Congress Rental technicians with an overview of the microphones, enabling them to monitor the equipment throughout the entire event and remotely switch off any microphone that was left on once the delegate had finished speaking.
ATA chose Congress Rental to support its 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the ICC in Sydney from the 3rd
Hosted by Qantas and chaired by Qantas CEO Alan Joyce, the event gave leaders a chance to discuss emerging industry issues and network with members from other airlines.
Congress Rental supplied the conference microphones and simultaneous interpretation equipment for the second two days of the event.
